Shift4 Payments Partners With BetMGM For Superior Payment Experience

Shift4 Payments has partnered with BetMGM, an online gambling and sports betting platform that claims the agreement would provide users with a “superior payment experience.”

Using the group’s end-to-end processing technology, the integrated payment processing solutions provider will enable gaming and betting transactions on BetMGM’s website and mobile app.

Seamless and secure payment solution

Shift4 Payments’ chief executive officer, Jared Isaacman, said of the partnership: “We are excited to provide our seamless and secure payment solution to BetMGM and their customers.

“Shift4 already processes payments for half the casinos on the Las Vegas strip and across the country, and this partnership with BetMGM will enable us to leverage that expertise as we move aggressively into online gaming and sports betting markets.”

This is the latest in a series of partnerships between MGM Resorts International and Entain, which recently expanded its sports betting app to Washington, DC, thanks to a relationship with the Washington Nationals.

Following partnerships with the Professional Fighters League and Everi, the organisation became the only mobile sports betting app available at Nationals Park.
