Through joining forces with top industry executives Jordan Gnat, Robin Chhabra and Andy Clerkson, the Futbol Sites Network Group (FSN) aims to extend its scope into new territories. The three acquired a major interest in the group for an undisclosed sum as well as naming Gnat to vice chair role.
The group, which brings over 60 years of collective experience developing brands in the sports, betting and media industries, is committed to growing and achieving FSN – not only in its existing markets in North America and LatAm, but also extending its presence into new global territories.
With offices and operations in Argentina , Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Mexico , and the United States, Futbol Sites aims to bridge the gap between brands and fans, using data, technology, and in-depth sport industry knowledge.
FSN owns and operates 10-plus sports websites with a focus on Latin America and the USA. Established in 2008 by Argentine entrepreneurs Federico Grinberg and Nahuel Pan, it helps global brands and soccer federations control their digital and social media properties, and develop and execute fan-oriented strategies.
Gnat is a senior business executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in the global gaming and media industries and more than 17 years. He was most recently the Group Senior Vice President of The Stars Group, PokerStars’ parent company, FOX Bet, PokerStars Casino, Sky Betting and Gaming, and Oddschecker Group Media.
Chhabra is an experienced online gambling executive and currently serves as the CEO of FOX Bet, a US-based partnership between Flutter Entertainment and FOX Sports. He previously worked on The Stars Group’s Executive Committees, William Hill and Inspired Gaming Group where he concentrated on policy , business growth and M&A and increased each of these companies ‘ global footprint.
Clerkson has spent three decades building brands in the USA, the UK and Europe for media, sports betting and gaming companies. In 2019, he helped set up FOX Bet for The Stars Group and FOX Sports, for which he is a senior advisor. In 2007, he founded Grand Parade, an influential digital marketing agency which specialised in sports betting and was acquired in 2016 by William Hill.
