Tapinator Inc., based in New York, has appointed Spencer G Feldman and Desmond Glass to its Board of Directors. Both qualify as independent directors under the Nasdaq Stock Market and the Securities and Exchange Commission rules and regulations.
Feldman will be appointed as a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees of the firm and as Chairman of its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, which the Board of Directors intends to set up in the near future.
A partner in Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP’s New York City law firm, he was previously a major shareholder in the Greenberg Traurig LLP law firm, practising in its corporate and securities department.
Feldman has over 30 years of experience in corporate and securities law, focusing his practise on initial public offerings, secondary offerings, shelf takedowns, PIPEs and other private financing, and mergers & acquisitions with public companies, with a focus on representing computer, Internet, media and other technology-driven businesses.
Meanwhile, Glass will be Chairman of the Audit Committee of Tapinator and a member of its Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He has served at RWS Holdings PLC as Group Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company since November 2017.
