Delasport, an iGaming, sports betting, and casino solutions provider, has joined Gaming Laboratories International’s (GLI) growing portfolio of new clients in the EMEA region.
GLI will use GLI-33: Event Wagering Systems and GLI-19: Interactive Gaming Systems to test Delasport’s iGaming and Sports Betting platform. Although each jurisdiction has the freedom to create its own standards, many jurisdictions utilise the GLI standards as a starting point for developing their legislation.
Claire Hunter, GLI EMEA’s Business Development Manager, said: “Delasport approached GLI because they have ambitions to expand their businesses globally and felt that GLI is a testing laboratory with the right global credentials and experience to help them achieve their goals and work with them on their long-term plans.”
Continued global expansion
Delasport’s newly hired CEO, Oren Cohen Shwartz, added: “We are expanding worldwide reach to accommodate our partner’s expansion strategy. GLI is a testing lab that is accredited in many regulated markets around the globe, and it is the right choice for us as we continue our global expansion at full speed.”
Delasport’s GLI certification should help the company expand more quickly across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The primary hurdles for betting and gaming enterprises, according to him, are scalability and adding a “personal touch” to your applications.
