Skrill launched its customer loyalty programme’ Knect,’ which includes the most extensive rewards scheme for today’s digital consumers and merchants.
The subsidiary of the Paysafe Group states that its new Knect platform was built to reward customer loyalty to Skrill partners by providing players with additional value on their payment transactions.
The Knect programme allows consumers to earn points from Skrill to use their MasterCard wallet or prepaid. Points can be traded with participating Skrill retailers for e-money bonuses, discounts, or gift cards.
Lorenzo Pellegrino, Paysafe’s CEO of Skrill and Income Access, commented on the launch: “I’m extremely excited to be able to recognise and reward our customers and do that through the launch of Skrill Knect. From today, all Skrill customers will be able to enjoy exciting, relevant rewards just by using their digital wallet or prepaid Mastercard.”
In thirty European countries, including the UK, France, Germany, Spain and Austria, Knect has been pushed live, with Skrill maintaining that Knect will act as its lead loyalty programme across active markets in the near future.
In addition, Knect rewards all customer’s “money movements” related to their daily transactions including wallet deposits, withdrawals, cryptocurrency transactions, person-to-person payments and prepaid card transactions.
Pellegrino added: “Skrill Knect doesn’t just benefit our customers, but our partners too. We’re keen to work with existing and new merchants and brands to deliver the right reward to the right customer at the right time.”
