For the provision of its marketing compliance instrument, GiG Comply, Gaming Innovation Group has launched a collaboration with igaming entity Nano Casino.
Automated marketing compliance tool
The automated marketing enforcement tool from GiG enables operators to set their own specifications and conditions for the checklist and can be customised to meet the market-specific requirements and advertisement expectations of an operator, as well as to ensure that affiliates are compliant with their brand and responsible gaming requirements.
More than 30,000 web pages are scanned every day by the compliance monitoring system for material including igaming code red terms, links and regulatory specifications across multiple jurisdictions.
The GiG solution would help ensure that Nano Casino retains oversight of its promotional campaigns, helping them to stay a step ahead in meeting regulatory requirements and detecting possible violations.
Meeting market-specific legislation

Nano Casino launched in August 2019 and was Finnplay and Global Gaming’s first joint launch on the former technology platform.
In July 2020, after Finnplay announced that its Viral Interactive subsidiary would withdraw from its white label business and marketing relationships in regulated jurisdictions, it was announced that Global Gaming had agreed to sell the remaining intellectual property rights of the brand to the group for € 500,000.
