As part of a collaboration between igaming operator Amgo and Fast Track, a CRM platform designed specifically for igaming, Jetbull has become the first brand to launch with FT CRM.
Amgo has three full-owned brands and a range of white labels that represent more than half a million clients. It took over ownership and management of Jetbull last year, a sports and casino brand that has seen significant growth over the last three years.
It was previously owned by EveryMatrix, who chose to focus solely on operating for €2 m as a software service provider in offloading the Jetbull B2C brand.
Jetbull has stayed on the EveryMatrix network and is also the first company to take advantage of the gaming platform’s integration with FT CRM.
Amgo’s COO, Kristian Bækgaard, has said: “The partnership with Fast Track is a natural step for us in achieving operational excellence. The platform will streamline our entire player engagement strategy and we are looking forward to being able to implement true automation.”
Fast Track aims at the lead in providing the igaming industry with real-time player engagement by transforming player engagement strategies of organisations.
Simon Lidzén, co-founder and CEO of Fast Track, said: “We are very happy to be working with Amgo and EveryMatrix. Going live with FT CRM on Jetbull is a significant milestone for all of us as we work towards creating more exceptional experiences for players and achieving greater efficiency in operational teams.”
