Yggdrasil Gaming Releases New Age Of Asgard Video Slot

Maltese online casino games developer Yggdrasil Gaming Limited a week after releasing its Halloween-themed Blood Moon Wilds video slot has returned to announce the release of Asgard’s five-reel and 40-payline Age technology.

Headquartered in Sliema’s northern Valletta suburb, the firm used an official press release on Thursday to detail that its latest video slot is a Nordic-themed game that comes equipped with a dual grid mechanism to serve as a battlefield for the classic conflict between the forces of good and evil.

A subsidiary of Swedish online casino operator Cherry AB, Yggdrasil Gaming Limited confirmed that Age of Asgard ‘ takes players to the Norse gods’ fighting plains while also featuring a ‘ dynamic background feel ‘ of snow and fire alongside reels full of shield-bound icons like heroic goddesses and evil opponents.

Yggdrasil Gaming Limited explained that Asgard Age has high and wild symbols capable of nudging to occupy a whole reel and remaining sticky throughout subsequent re-spins. It also claimed that the clash stemming from the meeting of’ bitter enemies’ on opposing sides of the same reel could create up to four smaller wilds.

Natalya Ovchinnikova of Yggdrasil Gaming Limited used a press release to announce that video slot enthusiasts lucky enough to collect a trio of free spin icons at the same time will see the two grids of the game merge before they can take advantage of up to 10 additional spins. But she said online casino players will be in for’ rewards strong enough to conquer the worlds’ if they can collect six free spin symbols to be rewarded with access to the end-of – the-world Ragnarok bonus game and their 20 high-paid free spins.

In a statement Ovchinnikova said: “We are delighted to release our battle-filled extravaganza, Age of Asgard. With an incredibly immersive setting and two reels working in tandem, the game is filled with exciting features and, of course, the ground-shaking Ragnarok free spins. We can’t wait to see how the game is received by our fans and operating partners across the globe.”
