Casino and sportsbook operator Yabo Sports has been announced as the AC Milan’s official regional partner across Asia.
As a result of the collaboration, as part of the club ‘s Digital Summer Tour, Yabo Sports has added to AC Milan ‘s virtual fan village – a project that aims to enhance fan interaction opportunities for Chinese fans.
Yabo Sports Chief Marketing Officer David Lee stated: “We are very excited to join hands with AC Milan, a club with the second largest fan base in China. For the next three years, we very much look forward to working closely with AC Milan to deliver incredibly creative sports entertainment experiences for our fans in Asia and beyond.”
AC Milan will look to strengthen its brand presence in Asia through the use of ‘interactive fan experiences’ with Yabo Sports over the length of the deal. In addition, the deal represents another step made by a European football club to extend its brand recognition on the continent, with the region regarded as an immense commercial market for teams.
Casper Stylsvig, chief revenue officer at AC Milan, commented: “We are delighted to partner with Yabo Sports, who will undoubtedly help us to grow our brand and connect with our millions of Rossoneri fans across the Asian region. Delivering high performance, localised partnerships that focus on shared business objectives is a fundamental aspect of our partnership strategy.”
Through the alliance between Yabo Sports and AC Milan, the casino and sportsbook operator will also aim to enhance and extend their popularity in Asia through the use of localised activation and Series A collaborations.
