A new contract has been signed by Scientific Games Corporation with the Massachusetts Lottery, ranked number two in the world for results (La Fleur’s total sales per capita). The organisation will provide its lottery retail management programme, offering a more efficient and seamless access to its network of more than 7,500 retailers to the operator.
In a rapidly expanding consumer innovation presence in the US and abroad, Scientific Games provides similar innovative retail management services for lotteries in California, Kansas and Maryland.
Executive Director of the Massachusetts Lottery Michael Sweeney said: “The Lottery’s investment in this new technology is part of our ongoing modernisation, and it further demonstrates our commitment to our expansive network of retailers.”
The Lottery can be extended beyond the current three-year deal for an additional two years which includes the company’s gemSuite of items including the gemIntelligence retail agent relationship management software, the gemRetailer retail agent portal and the gemEnterprise paperless licencing unit.
