Emerald Queen I-5 Casino located in Tacoma, Washington,which the new property boasts to have, “one of the largest inventories of gaming machines in the region,” has awarded International Game Technology (IGT) a casino management system deal.
After COVID-19 scuppered original plans set for March, the new $400 m Puyallup Tribe venue opened its doors last month, using the IGT Advantage system and modules to run its loyalty programme, track and optimise its casino floor, and perform a variety of other key casino functions.
IGT’s CrystalCurve and CrystalDual 27 upright cabinets also make up the bulk of Class III floor share in the new casino.

Emerald Queen also introduced the items for IGT ‘s Mobile Host, Mobile Responder, Mobile Dashboard, M5 and Window Service systems.
Mobile Host, Mobile Responder and Mobile Dashboard will allow the service team at the casino to track and respond to a variety of events, including carded play, system downtime and EGM sanitation cycles, all from a mobile device. Such systems also that the casino ‘s reliance on in-person casino-floor interactions.
M5 and Service Window allow the organisation to exploit the display of a slot machine to provide bonus content and generate a player experience that is increased.
