The KN Paradise Cam Ranh integrated resort in Vietnam is accepting proposals from foreign operators to build a large-scale casino complex after the necessary approval has been given.
The development project being constructed is located in Vietnam’s Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa Province, with the latest approval by real estate investor and developer KN Cam Ranh Company Limited underlining “great enthusiasm”
In a media release issued by the firm it was reported that an investment certificate has been granted by the Vietnamese government allowing the KNIR to build a casino complex.
KN Cam Ranh subsequently announced its intention to develop partnerships in the implementation of the project’s investment and operation, as well as to seek a link ‘to develop a partnership of the casino complex with an international operator”.
It is said that a casino complex which spans 16.2 hectares and includes the operation of 200 gaming tables alongside 2,000 electronic machines can be introduced via the certification.
KNIR’s investment deputy general director said of the issuing of the green light: “It is with great enthusiasm that we are adequately ready to cooperate with the international casino gaming operators for the development and operation of our integrated resort in Cam Ranh. Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam. Undeniably, our strategic location and development plan will create an indispensable addition to the Pan-Asia integrated resort marketplace.”
Located in Vietnam’s south-central coast, the overall project is to spread over 800 hectares, including a five-kilometer Bai Dai Beach stretch.
With it’s location being a short five-minute drive from Cam Ranh International Airport and a 30-minute drive from Nha Trang City, the overall development plans to include a wide range of accommodation and residential properties, multiple 4-5 star hotels, luxury resorts, branded apartments, villas, mansions, shophouses, townhouses, shopping and duty-free centres, MICE facilities, luxury marina, union square, beach clubs, theme park and water park amongst other things.
Part of the complex was developed and designed by gold legend Greg Noirman, the 27-hole KN Golf Links, which debuted on October 27, 2018 with the Wyndham Grand KN Paradise Cam Ranh hotel opening its doors towards the 2019 culmination.
The development follows the Corona Resort and Casino debut on Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam’s largest island, which opened in 2019 and represented the first time the locals were able to enter a casino property in their home country.
