Online casino operator Videoslots, after introducing compulsory loss limits for all of its UK customer base, has reinforced a “dedication to responsible gambling.”

Introducing the changes across all accounts across the region Videoslots, licenced by the UK Gambling Commission, has implemented the additional security measures to help protect players particularly during COVID-19.

Players are allowed to set their monthly loss limits before making their first bets on their favourite games, after which the players will be able to adjust their loss limits for seven days. Those players will be contacted by the responsible gambling team at Videoslots during the seven-day cycle.

Alexander Stevendahl, chief executive officer at, said: “Playing on should be a safe and enjoyable form of entertainment and that’s why we’ve made loss limits mandatory.

“Prompted by the pandemic while understanding it’s the right thing to do as the industry moves forward regardless, this addition is another way to further protect our players, especially during these tough times. We expect other operators to follow suit.”

Revolver Gaming, online casino slot developer headquartered in London last month, announced a content agreement with igaming operator Videoslots that saw the company with its title portfolio.
