Spotlight Sports Group has expanded its US offering with the all-cash acquisition of FA Media LLC (Alarm Sports Network), a fantasy sports technology and media company.
Alarm Sports Network (ASN) will be folded into the Spotlight Sports Group network of businesses, bringing the total number of employees to more than 500.
At sports media firms such as FTN Network, Yahoo, Bally Sports, and The Nation Network, ASN has been in charge of increasing user engagement and income.
Acceleration of North American growth

The ASN team, which includes co-founders Dan and Al Williams, former NBC executive and Fantasy Sports & Gaming Association veteran Rick Wolf, and former FOX Sports and EA Sports executive Ed Bunnell, will remain with Spotlight Sports Group.
In the meantime, ASN’s Fantasy Alarm, Wager Alarm, DFS Alarm, and Fantasy Rundown have joined Pickswise in a new look direct-to-consumer brand lineup for sports bettors and fantasy players in North America.
