Deal or No Deal 75 Ball Bingo

Depending on your age, you might already know how Deal or No Deal works, as it was a wildly popular televised game show for about ten years, up to the final episode, back in 2016.

The game’s allure came from the fact that a massive £250,000 jackpot was awarded, and players did not have to do any complicated tasks or answer any quiz. All you had to do was follow your intuition and remove some boxes from the rotation, as well as navigate the offers made by the Banker.

Any online bingo site that’s worth their salt will try to emulate these popular shows on their platforms, as they attract a lot of customers, and – let’s face it – they are a lot of fun. Other bingo and casino venues have taken a liking to this practice, which is why we now have Deal or No Deal variations to the likes of a DoDN slot game, Slingo or even a DOND Scratch Card.

You can find the best sites that offer Deal or No Deal Bingo here.

The wildly popular game is available across the Virtue Fusion network, which also offers some meaty prizes and jackpot offers. Gala Bingo used to carry an unbranded version of this game, called Big Banker Bingo, which has been removed, since.

Paddy Power Bingo offers an exciting variation, called Deal or No Deal Bingo Multiplier, in addition to the classic variants of 75 ball and 90 ball bingo. In this one, the mystery box appears at the beginning of the game, revealing a multiplier of 1x through 5x, which will be applied to any prize you win.

Here are some reputable sites where you can enjoy this popular bingo variety:

Deal or No Deal – The TV Show

For those of you who did not watch TV until 2016, let’s go over the rules of this popular game show first.

The game was hosted by Noel Edmonds and offered its players a selection of 22 boxes. Each of them contained a prize value, starting from 1p, up to the main jackpot of £250,000. Each of them is numbered and removed from the game, along with the prize it represents when its number is being called. Players get to see which prize was cancelled, and they can keep a score of how much money there’s still left in the game.

The winner of the full house gets to open the boxes and keep the last prize they reveal. However, before doing so, the Banker will make an offer to buy all of the boxes, based on the amount of cash still in-game and the number of boxes that were already opened.

Here is where the DoND element comes in. The winner gets to decide whether to make a deal with the Bank or go for the remaining prizes and risk winning 1p.

The Deal or No Deal Bingo Game Online

This online bingo variant has seen massive success and can be played anywhere on the Virtue Fusion bingo network. A typical DoDN bingo room will employ the rules of 75 ball bingo, or 90 ball Deal or No Deal bingo, but we will focus on the 75 ball variant in this piece.

The main difference between these two is the total number of balls drawn in a single bingo game. With 75 ball bingo, players get to enjoy faster games and payouts, so this variant is more suitable for the busiest of us. (Psst, if you’re in a time crunch, why not check out speed bingo?)

DoND Bingo Rules

Playing bingo is a pretty straightforward activity, and this bingo variant is no different. Players get to choose their bingo website, buy their tickets and wait for the beginning of the game.

The main objective of the game is marking off your bingo card with the numbers being called. Marking a single line, several, or all numbers on the bingo card will bring you a cash prize.

In this bingo variant, exactly like in the TV show, each box of 22 will be eliminated from the game if its number is being called, except for one.

Online bingo players who win the full house will get an offer from the Bank, and all the other players in the bingo room will get to vote and let the winner know what they would choose.

If you think the offer you received was below par, you can politely decline and open the last remaining boxes to reveal your prize.

If more than one player wins the full house, the Banker offer is removed, and the remainder of the prize is split between the two players.

DoDN Bingo Progressive Jackpot

To make things even more exciting, there is a progressive jackpot element added to the bingo game. The player must call bingo in 42 calls or fewer. This will win them 50% of the jackpot, while the rest will be split between other players, depending on the number of tickets they bought.

While this is not a frequent occurrence, bingo websites on the Virtue Fusion network will run regular promotions called escalator jackpot. These include one or two rooms, and during the time of the promotion, the number of calls needed to win the jackpot will increase gradually until someone wins it.

For the 75 ball bingo variant, the jackpot seeds at £3,000, and it regularly climbs over £50k.

DoDN Bingo Prizes

The 75 ball bingo game employs a 5×5 grid bingo card. To win a cash prize, a player must cover one line, two lines, three lines, 4 lines, and, lastly, the full house. Whichever winning pattern you manage to complete, the prizes range from £7 for 1L to £50 for the full house.

The prizes vary wildly from one bingo site to another, and, of course, there are several other factors you should consider when choosing your provider, such as what bingo bonus do they offer, as well as what’s the wagering requirement for it.

The bingo ticket for this game variant will start at 5p, but it can also go up depending on the site, time of day, or progressive jackpot size.

Deal or No Deal Bingo – Verdict

It’s really easy to see how this game gained such massive popularity, and why people are still not getting bored of this format, a whole 5 years after the show ended.

This bingo variant is truly entertaining, gives its players a lot more playing power, as they actually have to make decisions and their gameplay affects their outcome, rather than just have them wait in the bingo room until all numbers are called.

Paired with the chance to win some massive prizes, I feel like I speak for everyone when I say: Deal!
