After appointing David Elmore as vice president of sales for North America, Gaming Innovation Group has bolstered its team and “signalled its intent in the US.”
Elmore will be responsible for contributing to and executing the regional commercial strategy, which includes ensuring that the company’s solutions and services “are at the forefront of every platform tender in North America.”
For the past 14 years, Elmore has worked at regulatory laboratory Gaming Laboratories International in New Jersey, selling various solutions with a focus on testing, selling to land-based casino groups, local tribes, and working with the regulator in their delivery, most recently as the global sales and development manager.
Build on solid foundation
Speaking of his new position, Elmore said: “I am honoured to join the GiG team. I am eager to build on the solid foundation that has been developed over the last decade,” Elmore commented.
“GiG is perfectly positioned to partner with state and tribal clients to digitally transform their gaming business and to create a unique customer experience.
“Success for GiG and our clients is based on integrity, loyalty, and long-term trust. These core values support the building of GiG’s presence in North America.”
Canada a key market
Furthermore, GiG has stated that it plans to expand into Ontario, noting that Canada “will be a key market in the coming years” and building on a long-term cooperation with PlayStar Casino, which has big plans in the US.
GiG’s director of sales and commercial development, Martin Collins, added: “I am delighted to welcome David to the team and for GiG to be able to leverage his extensive network and knowledge of the complex but very lucrative US market.
“GiG has a rich history in delivering solutions and we believe our continued innovation across our product portfolio and market-leading services are incredibly relevant in the market, and we are sure with David on board, we can accelerate growth in these markets.”
