ComeOn! has been named as the Official Sports Betting and Online Casino Partner of the Canadian Premier League in a new multi-year agreement.
Starting in the 2021 season, the ComeOn! logo will feature on a CPL Club jersey per the terms of the agreement (to be unveiled soon). Throughout the CPL season, the CPL and its official broadcast media partner, OneSoccer, will provide fans from coast to coast with the information they need to prepare for the “ComeOn! Match of the Week” every Sunday.
ComeOn! will be prominently featured in the CPL Predictor game, an interactive digital gaming experience that allows fans to anticipate the action for every club match this season and win prizes, thanks to an arrangement reached by Canadian Soccer Business (CSB).
Come on! content from OneSoccer CPL match broadcasts and Canadian Premier League internet platforms will also be shown.
Next innovative step to help drive fan engagement
Commissioner of the Canadian Premier League, David Clanachan, stated: “We are excited to have a partner in the emerging industry of sports betting. We feel this is the next innovative step to help drive fan engagement and participation with our CPL matches. Offering interactive and engaging updates match to match is a great opportunity for fans to stay involved.”
Every Monday, an unique OneSoccer show, “CPL Week in Review presented by ComeOn!” will air, containing a wrap-up of the previous week’s matches and a look ahead to forthcoming fixtures, providing fans with a one-stop shop for CPL news and insights.
ComeOn! will also have a full suite of broadcast assets, improved broadcast and stadium signage brand integration throughout every CPL match, and unique content and editorial across CanPL platforms, giving fans with more engaging and informative updates.
ComeOn Group’s Chief Commercial Officer, Berkay Reyhan, said, “We are proud and excited to be partnering with the Canadian Premier League. With the caliber of Canadian soccer talent coming through, we have no doubts that the league is going to continue to grow and attract fans not only in Canada, but around the world.
“Our passion for online entertainment lends itself perfectly to creating fun and engaging experiences for the fans; from match predictors to in-stadium experiences, our goal is to improve the experience for every Canadian Premier League fan.”
