At Gold Strike Casino Resort in Tunica, Mississippi, BetMGM, a sports betting and igaming provider, has launched its mobile app.
The software, which is now available for download across the state, uses geolocation technology to allow all Gold Strike on-premise customers to place pre-game, live in-play, futures, and parlay wagers from any mobile device.

“Sports fans at MGM’s world-class Tunica resort can now use their mobile devices to engage with the teams they love, while earning rewards for their gameplay.”

Furthermore, BetMGM players in Mississippi can utilise their gaming points to redeem experiences at MGM Resorts properties around the country thanks to an interface with MGM Resorts’ M life Rewards programme.
Brandon Dardeau, MGM Southeast region senior vice president of marketing and operations added: “Sports fans now have a seamless betting experience. Tennessee users who have become accustomed to using BetMGM can use it on property at Gold Strike.
“Not only does the BetMGM app allow for in-game betting, but bets can also be conveniently placed from anywhere on the casino floor including BetMGM Book Bar & Grill.”
The 6,400-square-foot BetMGM Book Bar & Grill, which cost $7 million, features two 16-foot-wide by 9-foot-tall screen monitors. A 50-foot video poker bar, a VIP lounge, and the region’s only Topgolf Swing Suite — a next-gen simulator bay where guests may play a wide selection of virtual games – are all located beneath the viewing wall.
