Ainsworth Game Technology and Pariplay have formed a partnership that will see the latter’s online content distributed across Latin America via the Fusion platform.
All online releases in the region will be made available through the Aspire Global aggregator and content provider’s aggregation platform, which is believed to be “an important part” of both companies’ strategic expansion ambitions in LatAm.
Ainsworth’s general manager of online, Jason Lim, said: “Ainsworth is continuing our online growth strategy and this partnership with Pariplay will significantly strengthen our offering and further consolidate our position as a top-tier slot developer in Latin American markets.”
Thousands of games from a variety of industry game developers are available on the Fusion platform, as well as a suite of back-office conversion and retention solutions aimed at increasing user value.
Andrew Maclean, Pariplay’s VP of sales said of the latest deal: “We are pleased and very excited about the beginning of this alliance. The new opportunities and reach that we will have in a greater number of regulated markets by the hand of a great company like Ainsworth, with experience and knowledge, is encouraging. This event undoubtedly marks the beginning of a very successful and innovative partnership.”
Record sixth quarter
Last month Aspire Global announced it anticipates “tremendous growth opportunities” going forward, as the company looks to continue its global expansion after a record sixth quarter of growth.
Due to “strong business momentum” and “significant progress” in the US, Europe, Latin America, and Africa, the company expressed confidence in meeting its financial projections for the year.
Revenue grew 27.7 percent to €55.8 million in the second quarter of the year (2020: €43.7 million), boosted by “good growth” across all segments. Positive impacts from Pariplay and BtoBet boosted EBITDA by 40.1 percent to €9.9 million (2020: €7.1 million).
