Tilak Mandadi has been appointed to the newly formed role of Chief Strategy, Innovation, and Technology Officer at MGM Resorts International. He’ll be in charge of the company’s digital strategy, which will focus on generating growth and innovation through technology-driven customer-centric experiences, products, and services.
He will also be in charge of corporate strategy and innovation, as well as managing the company’s partnership with BetMGM, which he will join on the Board of Directors.

He will be based in Las Vegas and will report to Bill Hornbuckle, the company’s CEO and President, who stated: “We are incredibly proud to have Tilak join our executive leadership team to drive an essential part of our business and guest value proposition at such a critical time.

Decades of experience
Mandadi joins MGM Resorts with decades of experience as a strategic thought leader in Fortune-100 and start-up firms, most recently serving as executive vice president of digital and global chief technology officer for Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products.
He headed a big, diversified worldwide team in that post since 2013, enabling guest-focused growth strategies for theme parks, resort hotels, cruise lines, and numerous travel, retail, and food and beverage lines of business.
