theScore Bet Officially Launch In Iowa

After its official launch in the Hawkeye State this week via a multi-state market access arrangement agreement with Penn National Gaming, sports fans in Iowa can now access theScore Bet.

theScoreBet which the company says offers an “…authentic and innovative user experience that is truly unique in how it creates a unified media and betting ecosystem when paired with theScore app,” is now also available in Colorado, Indiana and New Jersey.

Three new markets

John Levy, Founder and CEO, stated: “We have expanded theScore Bet to three new markets in the last six months, significantly increasing our footprint. We’re thrilled to introduce our mobile sportsbook to Iowans as the college basketball season heats up ahead of the tournament in March.

“We have a large base of theScore app users in Iowa and now, with the launch of theScore Bet, fans will have easy access to our integrated and technology driven sports betting experience.”

The Score Bet, available on iOS and Android, provides an immersive and holistic offering of mobile sports betting, featuring a wide range of pre-game and in-play betting across all major sports leagues and events, and a wide range of types of bets.

Seamless cross-state experience

In addition, as it extends across the US with a single mobile app and multi-state wallet features, it offers a seamless cross-state experience for sports fans.

The newly launched Bet Section also provides a new dedicated home for betting on the Score app that improves the Score Bet cross-platform experience. Bet Segment offers a collection of highly customisable betting features to consumers, such as prioritised and customised markets, live bet monitoring, and exclusive promotions. The goal is to make it even easier for fans to produce bet slips, track their action and obtain offers for cash out.

In order to help its Iowa launch, theScore leveraged sportsbook platform technology supported by US sports betting and igaming supplier Bet.Works. Since becoming its technology platform partner in 2018, TheScore Bet has used a suite of Bet.Works technology and services.
