STS Pens New Partnership With Enteractive

Polish operator STS has established a new alliance with Enteractive’s (Re)Activation Cloud conversion platform for iGaming, which will see the latter seek to increase the retention rates for STS games.

Commenting on the new partnership, STS CEO Mateusz Juroszek said: “We have found a partner in Enteractive which shares our values in terms of innovation and constant improvement. It is our strategy to lead the way in development in terms of technology that constantly pushes to do things better.

“Partnering up with Enteractive and connecting to its Reactivation Cloud, we have added another vital tool to our CRM department so that we are able to communicate and engage on a large scale with our customers the STS way.”

The framework will tap into current CRM systems of customers directly through the implementation of APIs that provide end-to-end visibility in real time. Clients of Enteractive have complete transparency and control over the entire process.

In addition, all (Re)Activation approaches used comply with GDPR and G4 and are highly secured for all information processed.
