Strive Gaming, a newly created igaming platform company, has named technology expert Jesse Cary as its Chief Technology Officer, with the mission of enhancing and future-proofing the company’s activities in the US and Canadian markets.
Cary spent the better part of a decade at igaming platform Bede Gaming, where he led the company’s technical direction and held many positions, including Head of Technical Architecture, before it was sold to the Gauselmann Group for a large investment.
Extensive knowledge and expertise
He was most recently Vice President of Strategy at High 5 Games and Interim CTO at Avantage Entertainment in Florida. He comes to Strive Gaming with extensive knowledge and expertise in North American regulatory issues, having led the implementation of Player Platform to the Ontario Lottery.
Cary also led one of the industry’s largest migrations as Technical Director of Bede, where he played a vital role in moving The Rank Group on the company’s platform.
Technical strategy perspective
In response to his most recent transfer, he said: “I evaluated the igaming platform competitive landscape in North America, and I quickly identified that what Strive has in terms of tech stack and expertise is market leading, so I’m delighted to join.
“I’m excited to contribute from a technical strategy perspective to ensure we can deliver upon our customer pledge of performance at scale in such a challenging and dynamic market, which happens to be my home country. I can’t wait to get started.”
Strive Gaming’s President and CCO, Damian Xuereb, said: “Jesse’s wealth of experience with igaming platform architecture, deployment and development coupled with his understanding of the North American market requirements and culture is second-to-none. This makes him the ideal fit to drive forward Strive’s technical ambitions.”
