Sports IQ, a US-based oddsmaker and technology company, has signed a multi-year deal with International Game Technology PLC (IGT) to make its odds and electronic trading offerings available on IGT’s PlaySports website.
Sports IQ will have extensive pre-game and live updates for the NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL as part of the arrangement. Users will gamble on stuff like how many passing yards Tom Brady can throw in a game or whether the next-at-bat outcome will be using the company’s patented models and advanced technologies.
Sports IQ’s CEO, Omer Dor, said: “This is a transformative deal for Sports IQ, and we are proud to be working with a company with the history, heritage and calibre of IGT. The US sports betting audience is interacting with wagering in a way that is increasingly becoming an extension of their overall sports entertainment experience.
