Spadegaming and Big Time Gaming have agreed to collaborate on a deal that would grant the Asia-based developer company access to the Megaways mechanic.
The former will be able to develop slot titles that use Megaways under the terms of the deal, with the supplier stating that it “looks forward” to “exploring new ways to apply the mechanic and add a “Spadegaming spin.”
Cornerstone of the igaming industry
Megaways slots are a cornerstone of the igaming industry, with each reel displaying a variable number of symbols throughout each spin, allowing for randomised ways to win.
Big Time Gaming has inked a deal with Spadegaming to licence the mechanism. In a single spin, a game might go from the standard 243 ways to win to a minimum of 4,096 ways.
The Asian-based production studio praised Megaways’ market performance while hailing the deal as a “opportunity” to “improve” its library of slots.
SoftSwiss rolled out a connection with Spadegaming last month, giving its booming game aggregation platform even more depth.
SoftSwiss’ white label and game aggregator clients operating under the Curacao and MGA licences now have full access to the firm’s content collection, according to the arrangement, which was hailed as a industry innovation.
