Casino and sportsbook operator company Soft2Bet has unveiled a new agreement to see the Spanish National Football League’s firm sponsor of digital perimeter boards, including El Classico on Sunday.
Under the terms of the Soft2bet contract currently operating with SGA, MGA, and Curacao licences, which will be followed by further approval inside Europe, the Campbet brand will be marketed by one of the most successful football clubs in Spain.
Campobet, hailed as “one of Soft2Bet’s most popular brands in Europe” and offering players a range of igaming content alongside a tailor-made sports betting experience, will be shown on boards in up to 50 countries on TV stations worldwide.
Boris Chaikin, CEO of Soft2Bet said: “We are thrilled to be partnering with one of the world’s elite football leagues and can’t wait for the matches to start!
“With a strong focus on sports betting and hosting more than 50,000 live events each year, Campobet is the ideal sportsbook and casino brand to join forces with the very best of Spanish football.”
Earlier this month Chaikin spoke of Soft2Bet’s 2020 outlook: “The next couple of years will all be about regulation for us. We’re actively working on getting a range of additional local online gaming licenses which will give us stability and maintain our and independence. I’ve always looked at regulation as a positive way to develop business rather than a chore or necessary evil.
“In sectors with high risks, such as finance and gambling, a robust licensing framework lets companies know exactly where they at and what’s required entering regulated jurisdictions. There are no grey areas. It gives a structure that’s invaluable and cuts down on the risk of any nasty surprises arising.”
