Belgium has become Skywind Group’s new destination, as the online casino game company is taking a further phase in its quest to create a deeper igaming footprint.
Becoming the latest in a series of online casino agreements launched in 2020 with the Stars Group, Superbet, Alea, Soft2Bet and Mr Green link-ups, Skywind maintains a plan to extend its scope and provide support and content across various markets.
In pursuing its global reach through Belgium’s market entry, the company welcomes the region as being “significant in its importance to the gaming industry” as well as taking “huge strides to support the growth of the online gaming industry.”
The Skywind Group claims that it has maintained a strong emphasis on reaching as many controlled markets as possible with a market-specific games strategy, underlined by a series of IP deals such as the Bloodsport film starring Jean Claude Van Damme.
Skywind Group managing director Oren Cohen Shwartz said: “This is just another step among many. In the last 18 months we have entered seven regulated markets, including the UK, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Greece and Romania. We have made our statement of intent, and you will continue to see us following through.”
