Sightline Payments, a provider of cashless gaming and betting solutions, has partnered with Shift4 Payments to power casinos and sports stadiums with online gaming and sports betting.
A strategic alliance
The strategic alliance aims to provide hospitality, online/mobile gaming, on-site gaming, and sports betting venues with a seamless payment experience for patrons.
Jared Isaacman, Shift4 Payments chief executive officer said: “The regulated gaming market, including sports betting and fantasy leagues, is enormous and continuing to gain in popularity. We are excited to partner with Sightline to take on this massive payments opportunity.”
Online/mobile gaming and betting solutions from Sightline Payments complement the end-to-end payments of Shift4 Payment offering to provide an all-inclusive payment ecosystem for casinos, sports stadiums, and other hospitality companies.
Joe Pappano, Sightline Payments CEO added: “As the world at large continues to shift away from cash and towards robust, forward-thinking digital payments solutions and loyalty programs, it is a pleasure to partner with a powerhouse like Shift4.
“We are already experiencing strong interest from opportunities we are cooperatively pursuing and look forward to continuing to expand our pipeline and delivering on the potential of this partnership.”
Following on from a FreedomPay deal
Last month, as part of a new strategic alliance focused on serving the lottery, poker, sports betting and entertainment markets, Las Vegas headquartered Sightline Payments and FreedomPay linked-up.
As the wagering industry continues to navigate beyond COVID-19, the partnership aims to market and produce a modern cashless digital payments and patron loyalty program.
