The executive hires, said Sightline, reinforce its leadership as the business scales to support rapid growth and consumer demand.

Carleton comes to Sightline after working in the gaming industry for the majority of her legal career. She worked as in-house counsel for an Indian casino and as an advisor to some of the world’s most prestigious public and private gaming and investment firms for the past 14 years.
She is currently assisting the UNLV Boyd School of Law in developing an advanced Indian law and advanced gaming programme through her teaching and work with the Dean’s Advisory Council.
Lotto joins the company as Chief Marketing Officer with over 25 years of experience in international marketing. She’ll be in charge of audience definition and targeting, consumer experiences, branding, and media mix optimization for transformative marketing strategies. She will use public relations, creative, and advertising partners to increase brand recognition and commercial results in her position.
Sevier will be charged with increasing Sightline Payments’ team, which is expected to double in size this year, and will bring experience in the ever-changing organisational environment of culture and talent.
Prior to Sightline, she led extensive talent initiatives delivering growth and introducing change through global organisations in the financial services, technology, media, and advertising sectors like Western Union and IPG Mediabrands.
Gassen, who has been appointed Chief of Staff to Pappano and the executive leadership team, was formerly the Executive Director of Global Gaming Women, where she oversaw the executive board of directors sponsorship, and global membership.
