A new two-year contract has been secured by Scientific Games Corporation to provide Hrvatska Lutrija, the National Lottery of Croatia, with instant scratch lottery games. The deal sees the continuation of a two-year partnership between the two organisations that since 2018 has boosted retail revenue for the goods by 60 percent.
SG offers immediate game portfolio management to Hrvatska Lutrija and has developed a range of goods to entertain Croatian players and produce maximum income to financially support important projects that contribute to the growth of the country’s society.
The money is used for the sponsorship of humanitarian causes, research , education, culture, conservation of the environment and health.
Hrvatska Lutrija is the state’s licenced lottery operator with a successful 47-year history of organising chance games in Croatia, offering a wide range of gaming items including lotteries, instant lotteries, multi-jurisdictional lottery games, EuroJackpot, sports betting, casinos and slot clubs.
In 2019, annual instant game sales hit approximately EUR 14.2 million across the lottery network of 2,842 stores in the Central European nation with a population of four million.
