Dan Sabreen has been appointed Director of Communications by Score Media and Gaming Inc. He will lead the U.S. public relations efforts of the company in this capacity, spearheading advertisements for its sports public, entertainment and betting businesses. He will be located in New York City office at theScore.
A seasoned marketing executive, Sabreen was most recently Vice President of Public Relations for the New York Knicks where he worked as the team’s chief strategist and spokesman, coordinating all of the team’s public relations activities.
He previously served for more than a decade for CBS Sports, most recently as Vice President, Communications. He was responsible for helping to supervise advertisement and marketing activities for all CBS Sports properties, including radio, cable and social media, while at CBS.
Sabreen played a key role in driving ads for promotions promoting the coverage of Super Bowl 50 by CBS Sports, NFL Thursday Night Football, NCAA Tournament, Southeastern Football Conference and Army-Navy game, as well as studio and initial scheduling.
