Scientific Games Enters VLT Deal With Norsk Tipping

Scientific Games, along with Norwegian state-owned betting company Norsk Tipping, has celebrated a “landmark agreement” through its Global Draw subsidiary.

Norsk Tipping is Norway’s only video lottery terminal operator and is owned by the Norwegian Ministry of Culture, with the new partnership being supplied with VLTs across multiple locations across Norway.

The deal makes Norsk Tipping Scientific Games’ first European customer to establish lottery, gaming and digital services collaborations with the company. The organisation also provides igaming, eInstant games instant lottery games, lottery gaming systems and retail software from Scientific Sports.

Starting in the latter stages of next year, Norsk Tipping is supplying 3,000 to 4,500 VLTs in around 1,000 locations, including convenience stores, bingo venues and other arenas across the country.
