Scientific Games Completes 2028 And 2029 Notes Offering

Through making a regulatory statement, the Scientific Games Corporation (SGC), a software company listed through Nasdaq, announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary ‘ Scientific Games International Inc.’ concluded its $1.2 billion private debt offering, which was approved at the beginning of November.

Scientific Games debt-note consists of two tranches priced at $700 million of senior unsecured notes due in 2028, and $500 million of senior unsecured notes due in 2029, a summary of the deal.

Updating investors, SGC will use the net proceeds of the offering notes together with cash on hand and borrowings under the current revolving credit facility to repay all of SGI’s $1,200 m of outstanding 10% senior unsecured notes due in 2022.
