Casino content provider Red Rake Gaming, through a latest agreement with local developer and supplier Microgame, is set to further expand its Italian footprint.
Under the terms of the agreement, Red Rake Gaming will provide access to its various online casino titles to its new partner. Microgame will be able to distribute these to its Italian gambling customers ‘ through it’s network of operators.
The inked content distribution agreement follows several comparable Red Rake Gaming business contracts as part of its plan to cement itself and its content in various regulated markets.
Italy is the latest market that has joined Red Rake Gaming with its portfolio of online slots and the agreement with Microgame will allow the game provider to extend its footprint within the profitable Italian market.
Red Rake Gaming latest partner works as an application service provider as well as a content distribution platform developer and supplier as well as embedded service systems. Established in Italy in 1996, Microgame was one of the pioneers in the online gambling and sports betting industries of the country.
Nick Barr, Managing Director for the lately formed Malta activities of Red Rake Gaming, said of their alignment with Microgame that the agreement is crucial for their development in the Italian market. Mr. Barr went on to say that Microgame has a powerful presence in Italy and developed connections with several gambling operators licensed locally.
Microgame said their approach is to be market leaders and to introduce interesting fresh content such as the titles of Red Rake Gaming perfectly suits their goals. The firm also disclosed that in the coming weeks they are set to roll out titles of Red Rake Gaming.
Red Rake Gaming announced last month that its slot library had gone live with Betzest, an online casino and betting website launched last year and has expanded its offering considerably since its founding.
It was also able to enter and extend its footprint in the controlled gambling industry in Portugal through several deals inked previously this year. Casino Portugal, Bet.pt, and French gambling group Betclic were among the local licensed operators who obtained access to the range of internet slots provided by the provider. The content provider also secured entry or extension into, among other markets, Greece, Spain, and Ukraine.
Red Rake Gaming received a permit from the Malta Gaming Authority previously this year. The move made it possible for the business to extend its footprint considerably across various markets. Red Rake Gaming got its permit soon after opening a Mediterranean island nation office that has established itself as one of the biggest online gambling hubs over the years.
