Realistic Games Acquires Romanian Supplier’s Licence

The Romanian National Gambling Office has granted Realistic Games a supplier licence, boosting the company’s profile across Europe.

Realistic Games will be allowed to introduce its suite of games, which includes table games and slot titles, to Romanian operators once the licence is approved.

Robert Lee, commercial director at Realistic Games said: “Being granted a licence to provide our games in Romania is an important milestone for us as we continue on our growth strategy and bring innovative new content to regulated markets.

‘Thriving region’

“Romania is a thriving region and one of the most active in Southern Europe. We’ll be announcing a string of operator partnerships in due course as we make our mark in the country.”

The whole Game Changer series and its catalogue of Electrocoin remakes, as well as 8th Wonder, Super Graphics Upside Down, and several quick win games, are all featured in Realistic’s portfolio.

Realistic has certifications to offer its content to local operators in the UK, Sweden, Croatia, Estonia, and Latvia, and this is the latest market development for the company.

Realistic’s Romanian approval comes on the heels of the company’s latest slot overhaul, which saw 6 Appeal Extreme, a 5×3-line, 20-payline video slot with a higher maximum payoff, higher RTP, and a feature buy-in, get a makeover.
