Push Gaming Choose Jessica Maier As CRO To Broaden Global Footprint

Jessica Maier has been selected as Chief Risk Officer by one of the industry’s leading B2B vendors, Push Gaming. The new move is part of the provider’s ambition to broaden its global footprint further.

Jessica will be responsible for Legal and Compliance duties after the appointment, where she will oversee the licencing process across distinct markets. The new CRO will also maintain contacts with the regulatory authorities, ensure the best possible practises and ensure that the company runs smoothly.

Jessica will also be responsible for monitoring the process of expansion when overseeing the licence application and certification process. Thanks to previous experience at the law firm Melchers, where she specialised in gaming law and where she worked as a partner, Maier has also specialised in the area of enforcement. Jessica was also responsible for risk evaluation and regulatory advisory to both B2B and B2B customers during her previous role.

In the industry, with a strong vision and sustainable concepts, Push Gaming continues to develop. By signing with GVC, Norsk Tipping, and IGT, the brand recently extended its scope.

James Marshall, speaking about the appointment of the new member, Push Gaming CEO, said: “With various global operators coming on board in recent months, we’re delighted to have Jessica join us as CRO in order to further build on the culture of compliance in our rapidly growing organisation.”

“She comes with specific and in-depth expertise in gambling law, which will be crucial in our ambitions to continue to expand into regulated markets, while also supporting in-house teams with the knowhow of dealing with regulatory bodies and partner requirements.”

The new CRO at Push Gaming, Jessica Maier said: “It’s exciting to join a rapidly-growing company in Push Gaming as it looks to expand operations into a dynamic regulatory landscape which offers various opportunities and challenges.

“Having established a strong background in gambling law in recent years, I look forward to now continuing to support Push Gaming as a trusted, reliable partner that works responsibly and effectively with both gaming and regulatory partners.”
