Pronet Gaming Enters Optimove Partnership

After entering into a partnership with marketing hub Optimove, platform provider Pronet Gaming is looking to drive customer loyalty and engagement.

This will allow former operator partners to optimise player lifetime value with personalised, scalable CRM marketing that leverages data directly into Optimove from its completely customizable igaming platform.

In addition, the product portfolio of Optimove also offers activity and event-triggered promotions aimed at different player groups, along with predictive analytics, automatically detecting and activating a real-time response to player behaviour changes.

Yuval Shefler, VP strategic partnerships at Optimove explained: “We are delighted to partner with Pronet Gaming and see this collaboration as another significant step forward in expanding the application of CRM marketing across the entire gaming industry.

“The deal will allow us to seamlessly integrate with a wide range of online casino operators and in turn enable them to orchestrate hyper-personalised communications with hundreds of player segments.”

The agreement aims to increase additional value across the marketplace of Pronet Gaming, which now boasts a portfolio of 6,000 games from nearly 70 slot studios.

About the partnership, Bobby Longhurst, Pronet Gaming CCO, said: “Competition for players is at an all-time high and with Optimove’s innovative marketing solution we will be able to provide our clients with a comprehensive suite that offers them a competitive edge.

“We’re looking forward to working with Optimove to drive customer loyalty and engagement for our partners at a time when understanding and effectively targeting individual players has never been more critical.”
