Pragmatic Play is set to enter “yet another region that is key to our development goals,” with the igaming content provider partnering with Intelligent Gaming to distribute its wares.
Supabets will be the first of Intelligent Gaming’s operators to go live with immediate effect, and the online gaming and sports betting company will also be the first in the country to receive the Pragmatic Play suite of products.
Intelligent Gaming’s CEO, Marc Plaxton-Harrison, stated: “Intelligent Gaming are extremely excited to introduce Pragmatic Play to the South African market – it has a tremendously diverse content offering filled with quality titles. The entire Pragmatic Play team have been very agile and hands on and are set to be a strong force in the market here.”
Slot portfolio and live casino content
As a result of the arrangement, Intelligent Gaming gamers will get access to Pragmatic Play’s slots portfolio, which includes titles like the John Hunter series and Megaways games like Power of Thor Megaways.
The supplier’s live casino content, which includes standard table games such as Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat, as well as the gameshow-inspired Mega Wheel and Mega Roulette, will also premiere on Intelligent Gaming’s platform. Pragmatic Play’s virtual sports and scratch cards will be taken over by Intelligent Gaming.
Yossi Barzely, Pragmatic Play’s chief business development officer, added: “South Africa is yet another region that is key to our development goals so it’s exciting to get on board with a partner such as Intelligent Gaming. Their insight and experience in the market is essential and we’re thoroughly looking forward to working with them.”
