Pragmatic Play Honours National Bingo Day With Free Games

In honour of the United Kingdom’s first National Bingo Day, Pragmatic Play and a number of its partners will offer free games over a two-day period.

National Bingo Day is becoming a recognised awareness day in the UK for the first time this year, with The Bingo Association and key licenced operators from both the retail and online spaces supporting the event.

Pragmatic Play will give a free £1,000 bingo game on June 25, as well as over £100 in free games in the 80-ball room between 2pm and 3pm on National Bingo Day. This deal will be available across the network, including PlayOJO, Butlers Bingo, and Lottoland, among others.

Fun and celebrations of National Bingo Day

Pragmatic Play’s head of bingo, Ezgi Erturk, said: “We are massively excited to join in the fun and celebrations of National Bingo Day, along with our partners and all those involved in bingo, both online and in the clubs. What better way to celebrate than lots of free bingo, something we know will be eagerly received by players, and available across our network.”

Mecca and Buzz Bingo teamed up earlier this year to announce National Bingo Day, which will take place on Sunday, June 27th, with the two underlining the need of providing a significant boost to all British facilities reopening after the shutdown.

Buzz and Mecca, who are well-known in the United States, have created a British version, which is being promoted by the Bingo Association.

Buzz and Mecca management emphasised the need of cross-industry collaboration in assisting to promote the revival of the wider bingo sector when introducing the dedicated day to celebrate the game of bingo, with land-based venues facing much of 2020 and 2021 trading under lockdown.
