Pragmatic Play has hailed its ISO 27001 certification as a “landmark moment” for the igaming content supplier, which has “proven its commitment to meeting the highest technological standards.”
The ISO/IEC 27001 certification specifies the standards for an information security management system, which enables businesses to manage asset security.
This demonstrates Pragmatic Play’s commitment to security and compliance across the board, while also providing additional comfort to the supplier’s clients about its approach to data protection and privacy. It also opens up new options for Pragmatic Play in regulated markets.
Upholding highest level of security
Pragmatic Play’s head of information security, Andrey Zhelo, said: “We’re extremely proud of our approach to data and information security and it’s a landmark moment for us as we receive our ISO 27001 certificate.
“Receiving this certification not only proves we’re committed to upholding the highest level of security as an organisation, but that our partners can be reassured our business practices are held to the highest possible standard.”
Pragmatic Play’s latest expansion is said to be “yet another exciting development,” with the company continuing to expand in countries around the world.
The group’s ISO/IEC 27001 certification comes on the heels of a slew of new distribution agreements, including commercial agreements with Luckia, Coolbet, Princess Casino, 32Red, and Rahisibet in July.
Earlier this month, the company announced that it would expand its continuing partnership with Codere to include Colombia and Spain, expanding an already-existing agreement in which the supplier provides games to the company’s customers in Mexico.
