Playtech, a gambling services company, has collaborated with Novomatic Americas in a non-exclusive sports wagering partnership. The relationship draws on Playtech’s and Novomatic Americas’ parent company NOVOMATIC’s long-standing collaboration, which has resulted in the shared operation of more than 10,000 kiosks around the world.
Playtech’s sports wagering kiosk (SSBT) systems will be delivered by Novomatic’s US sports wagering kiosk, ActionBook, which currently serves DraftKings and Penn National among others in 11 states and 49 locations throughout the United States.
Mobile sportsbook And PAM promotion
Both companies will work together to promote Playtech’s Mobile Sportsbook and Player Account Management (PAM) app to potential consumers.
The contract is Playtech’s latest since entering the US market last year, with the firm already providing services to Bet365 and Entain in New Jersey. Playtech has signed a deal with Parx Casino in Michigan, Indiana, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania earlier this month.
Jonathan Doubilet, Playtech’s US Managing Director, said: “We’re delighted to expand our partnership with Novomatic and provide a complete sports wagering solution across multiple US states. This combined service will deliver a best-in-class experience and is a further example of Playtech’s ability to partner with leading companies and leverage its scale in the rapidly growing US market.”
Novomatic Americas President and CEO Rick Meitzler added: “We are pleased to grow our relationship with Playtech, and look forward to introducing their sports wagering solutions to the Novomatic ActionBook. We are confident that Playtech’s proven sports betting expertise in a wide range of regulated markets will further cement the Novomatic ActionBook’s status as the US market’s most popular sports wagering kiosk.”
