Casino software developer Playson has announced a partnership with 888casino, a subsidiary of 888 Holdings, a global online gaming entertainment and solutions company that will see the introduction of its full suite of slots.
The game developer will now be offering its games portfolio via the Pariplay platform as a result of the deal and will subsequently go live with the casino operator in Sweden, Spain, Denmark, Italy and Romania during Q1 2020.
After this initial roll-out, releases will follow in Gibraltar and the UK later in the year as well.
Playson Senior Account Manager Christos Zoulianitis stated: “We’re thrilled to be joining forces with an operator as well-established as 888casino. The company has been at the forefront of the online gaming industry for over a decade. Our portfolio of games will be a great addition to its offering, and we are excited to be further extending our reach across Europe.”
Through the partnership, 888casino will have access to the full range of slots from Playson that includes its latest release, Fruit Xtreme, the second instalment from its Funky Fruits series.
Guy Cohen, senior vice president of 888casino, added: “888casino is focused on expanding its offering to customers by developing in-house games and adding third-party content to its unique platform.
“Playson has a fantastic team which have developed a unique portfolio of games, including classics such as Solar Queen and Red Chilli Wins. We are excited to add these games to 888casino which will enhance the player experience.”
The deal further strengthens the role of Playson as a leading supplier in the global gaming industry and continues from its latest announcement that it has been working with No Account Casino in a move that has continued to expand Europe.
Like its contract with 888casino, the No Account arrangement gives the Nordic-facing online casino access to the entire Playson slot portfolio with such titles as Solar Queen and Red Chilli Wins.
Lars Kollind, business development manager at Playson at the time, concluded: “We’re delighted to be going live with a highly respected operator such as No Account Casino. The company’s strong presence in the Nordic regions is a fantastic opportunity for us to provide our games to an ever-growing fanbase.”
