Swedish online casino games developer Play’n GO has now returned to reveal the premiere of its latest five-reel and 20-payline Frozen Gems innovation, just a week after debuting its Ice Joker video slot.
The business whose head office is in Vaxjo used an official press release on Thursday to describe its new three-row video slot as a ‘little treasure’ that will put rivals ‘in the shoes of an intrepid explorer’ during an Arctic mission separated from his crew as they go in search of ‘hidden gems in the icy wasteland.’
Play’n GO has already been responsible for a portfolio of more than 170 video slots, including the newly released New Year Riches, 24K Dragon, and Rise of Athena, and detailed that its final 2020 release is expected to reflect the mobile-friendly Frozen Gems. In addition, the innovator claimed that the high-variability title ‘offers a new twist on the payways mechanic’ by allowing punters to break symbols on a special bonus reel so that as many as 8,748 payways can be accessed.
Martin Zettergren serves as Play’n GO’s Chief Product Officer and he used the press release to say that Frozen Gems also provides an infinite cascade multiplier to make it enormous ability to round out the year. In addition, he stated that the HTML5-enabled video slot serves as ‘another example’ of the ability of his company to use gameplay, design, mechanical and narrative variations to put its own ‘unique stamp’ on a ‘recognised gaming format’ and build ‘a highly entertaining winter games’ slate.
A statement from Zettergren read: “This year has been a resounding success for our partners and for us even in the face of some adverse conditions in the industry and beyond. We made a promise to our operators and we delivered. Next year we’ll set our aim even higher and, with their help, we’ll reach even more goals.”
