For the coming season, Parimatch has been announced as the official Juventus betting partner with the deal expected to generate ‘unparalleled entertainment experiences that resonate and inspire’.
According to Giorgio Ricci, chief sales officer of Juventus, Parimatch will have a brand presence on television broadcasts outside Italy following the launch of a new digital overlay that has been fitted to the LED system of Allianz Stadium. The latest overlay will be in action starting on Sunday September 20 against Sampdoria, Juventus’ first Serie A campaign match.
Ricci also added: “We are pleased to announce the partnership with Parimatch, a partner with whom we share the constant search for new technological solutions.
“We will work together globally, but exclusively outside Italy and South East Asia, supporting the partner’s international growth path by leveraging the mutual desire to address an increasingly broad audience.”
In October, Juventus and Parimatch will hold a virtual press conference to discuss the exact specifics of their partnership, but CEO Sergey Portnov of the betting company has already expressed his enthusiasm for the deal.
He commented: “Both Parimatch and Juventus have ambitions to be the ultimate champions in our respective games, providing great entertainment to millions of fans the world over. I look forward to telling you more alongside Giorgio Ricci from Juventus and perhaps a special guest or two, during our virtual press conference in October.”
The deal poses a big milestone for Parimatch with the alliance that helps the betting firm to expand and grow its international portfolio thanks to the worldwide appeal of Juventus. In addition, the agreement follows on from Parimatch ‘s announcement that for the 2020/21 Premier League season it has become the official training wear sponsor of Leicester City.
