Multimedia content provider PA Media has established a strategic alliance with PandaScore’s sports statistics and odds expert, in a move the two sides say will allow operators to offer a wider variety of betting alternatives to clients on sports contests.
PA’s Betting division will now serve as the exclusive data distribution partner of the PandaScore in the UK and Northern Europe under the contract. PA will also be representing PandaScore on the US market on a non-exclusive basis.
PandaScore uses proprietary machine learning technology to collect sport data and compile client odds, collecting contest data based on popular titles like League of Legends, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2 and Overwatch, among others.

PandaScore Chief Executive Flavien Guillocheau added that by unlocking fresh and underserved markets, the arrangement would help its clients develop.
“Esports is a rapidly growing and competitive marketplace,” Guillocheau said. “PA shares our vision that esports are a big part of the future, especially with millennial and gen-z audiences which are as interested in Fortnite as football.”
The PA, formerly the Press Association, has long given live information, editorial material, form guides, pictures and infographics, as well as hosted solutions and statistics through its Racing and Betting Division to a range of journals and gaming companies.
