Marketing platform Optimove has announced a collaboration with India-based Netcore as both aim to provide players with “highly personalised” email and SMS messaging.
Stressing the gaming operators would benefit from “smart orchestration capabilities” as well as a “fast, high delivery messaging infrastructure,” the link-up would enable businesses to automate the distribution of appropriate, personalised player communications.
Optimove and Netcore integration’s most common use cases are stipulated as email personalisation, multichannel campaign coordination, and smart campaign optimisation.

India-based Netcore, an email and SMS messaging network and services provider across the Asian Pacific region, provides thousands of consumers with nine billion emails a month, including brands such as Domino’s, KFC, Hyundai, Axis Bank, Vodafone and Standard Chartered Bank.
Partnership with Optimove will allow Netcore customers to maximise the efficacy of these marketing activities by leveraging the capabilities of the company’s consumer modelling, segmentation, personalisation, optimisation and multi-channel campaign. Established Optimove customers will also benefit from Netcore’s quick message delivery platform and delivery rates allowed by the AI.
