OKTO Group, a financial technology provider, has collaborated with Italian gaming company ARESWAY in supplying its technology across its entire retail portfolio.
The agreement is set to give access to OKTO’s payment solutions for gaming to a host of Italian operators through seamless integration with ARESWAY’s open EOS platform for VLTs.
As a result, players using ARESWAY VLT machines will now be able to access funds by using the OKTO.WALLET mobile payment system whenever and wherever they want.

ARESWAY develops advanced solutions for the retail betting industry with more than two decades of experience in the Italian gaming industry, featuring an engaging in-house gaming suite and innovative open platform for electronic gaming machines.

The retail relationship follows on from the recent announcement by OKTO that saw the digital payment and player participation application specialist, strengthen their business team with the appointments of Ignacio García del Frade and Dimitar Shopov respectively, as country manager Spain and business development manager.
García del Frade will direct the Spanish operations of the company in their new roles and help build its consumer base on the local market, while Shopov will take responsibility for establishing key alliances in the gaming, retail and financial industries as well as guiding OKTO’s commercial strategy.
