Nolimit City, an online casino game developer, has announced a commercial partnership with 888 Holdings’ 888casino brand, which the company claims “reflects grandeur in scope and industry defining innovation.”

The group’s integration with the online gaming and entertainment operator will be driven by SG Digital’s OpenGaming ecosystem, which will acquire a gaming suite that includes titles like San Quentin xWays, Deadwood xNudge, and East coast vs West coast, among others.

Innovative games

888’s VP of B2C casino, Talya Benyamini, commented: “At 888, we are focused on offering our customers a wide portfolio of games on our platform. This exciting partnership with Nolimit City sees their innovative games added to our platform for customers to enjoy. We look forward to building on our relationship.”

Following recent announcements of market entries in Lithuania and Denmark, Nolimit City has stated that it is now preparing to join Spain, Italy, and Portugal, as well as several other controlled markets.

Grandeur in scope and industry defining innovation

Nolimit City’s CCO and MD, Malcolm Mizzi, added: “There are few online operators more iconic in identity than the illustrious 888. A name which reflects grandeur in scope and industry defining innovation. We’re over the moon with the news. We look forward to seeing our games become part of the 888 ecosystem.”

888 praised a good product-leadership strategy, long-term optimistic consumer growth trends, and sustained expansion in controlled markets as key factors in a 56 percent rise in Q1 sales to $272.5 million (2020: $164.6 million) last month.

Increased investment, continuing growth of its artificial intelligence-driven personalisation, and continued expansion of content pushed B2C revenue up 67 percent to $262.8 million (2020: $156.9 million), with casino revenue up 80 percent to $195.2 million (2020: $108.7 million).

The sports division of the company increased by 63 percent to $41.6 million (2020: $25.5 million), representing a combination of positive sporting performance and a structural improvement in win margin due to improved product and promotional capabilities.

Poker sales grew 13 percent to $14.7 million (2020: $13 million), owing to positive consumer response to the Poker8 product and continued market growth, according to 888.
