MLB Milwaukee Brewers have formalised a new collaboration with Monkey Knife Fight (MKF), one of North America’s fastest-growing sports fantasy gaming sites. As the official and exclusive Daily Fantasy Sports site of the Brewers, MKF will be featured prominently in the branding and online properties of the Brewers’ Miller Park.
In addition to the collaboration, MKF donated $50,000 to the employee relief fund at Brewers Miller Park. The fund includes a donation of $1 m from the Brewers and a further $300,000 from Brewers broadcaster Bob Uecker and players Ryan Braun, Lorenzo Cain, Corey Knebel, Josh Lindblom, Brent Suter and Christian Yelich in total.
Distributions from the fund are used to help staff at Miller Park who have been left out of work because of the pandemic.
Brewers President-Rick Schlesinger, Business Operations said: “We look forward to embarking on this new partnership and are thankful for Monkey Knife Fight’s generous donation to assist our Miller Park employees while they are unable to work during the pandemic.”
Monkey Knife Fight founder and CEO Bill Asher commented: “I am excited to partner with an organisation so focused on their MLB families during this time. We are proud to do business with a company that makes it a priority to take care of their employees. MKF is honoured to aid the Brewers in that effort. Further, we are excited to partner with an organisation which represents some of the best baseball fans in the country.”
MKF has confirmed collaborations with Enthusiast Gaming over the past few weeks to use top influencers on its growing media network and SoaR Gaming to improve the company’s reputation and brand recognition in the sports industry.
