Max Entertainment, Slotty Vegas operator, has carried out a new alliance with Enteractive, customer retention specialist, to introduce its (Re)Activation Cloud conversion platform.
Specifically designed to manage personal one-on-one calls in a bid to enhance customer loyalty, the plug-and-play service is hoped to help MaxEnt boost retention rates for players at Slotty Vegas.
Choosing to achieve retention driven by technology and real human interaction, with the firm commenting that “the entire industry is focused on gamification and automated tools,” all approaches used comply with GDPR and G4 and all data processed are said to be “highly secured.”
Enteractive founder and CEO Mikael Hansson has explained: “We are pleased to have partnered with Max Entertainment, an established operator in Finland, Norway and Germany with plans to expand its successful Slotty Vegas brand into new jurisdictions.
“Our (Re)Activation Cloud will allow Max Entertainment to drive conversion rates while also ensuring their current player base feels valued. This, in turn, will allow the operator to continue to drive growth across the board.”
Max Entertainment launched in 2012 and highlights a mission “to offer the best possible experience to players,” the business is aiming to achieve more European growth despite UK withdrawal earlier this year because of Brexit concerns.
Marketing Director at Max Entertainment, Jorge Pinto added: “We have always wanted to provide our players with the best experience and in Enteractive we have found a partner that will allow us to take this to new heights.
“As acquisition costs continue to rise alongside competition from other brands, it is more important than before to ensure players are encouraged to be, and rewarded for, their loyalty to a brand and this is exactly what (Re)Activation Cloud will allow us to achieve.”
